He is known for bringing structure to ambiguity, aligning stakeholders around shared decisions, and helping leadership teams move forward with confidence.

Dave is a entrepreneur, creative strategist and innovator with more than 25 years of experience leading omnichannel programs across healthcare, technology, and retail startups and consultancies. His work sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and systems — where ideas either scale or break.
Dave has led complex activation initiatives spanning content, channels, and platforms, with a deep understanding of how misalignment introduces downstream risk. He is recognized for translating strategic intent into execution frameworks that maintain consistency as scale and speed increase.
At Syngularity, Dave leads platform, data and activation strategy, ensuring that commercialization decisions can be operationalized and remain intact as they move from planning into execution.

Lisa B. Bair is a healthcare entrepreneur and commercialization leader with deep expertise in market access strategy, and payer engagement. She founded and led The Hobart Group, which helped establish market access as a core launch discipline and was later acquired by Precision for Value.
Lisa went on to found Quantuvis, the first digital rebate negotiation platform. Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of evidence, value, and payer dynamics — helping organizations navigate complex access environments with clarity and credibility.
At Syngularity, Lisa leads market access and value strategy, ensuring that evidence is translated into payer-relevant value that supports sustainable access and adoption.
